Best of 2009: wedding photography recap

When I wrapped up 2008, I thought “What a crazy year!” Apparently, I did not know what crazy meant because 2009 has topped everything.

In the past 12 months, I’ve traveled to eight countries, doing shoots in places as far as Korea, Singapore and the Dominican Republic. There were even some periods of time when I would be in town for only 1 week out of the month. On the studio roster, we also now have an album designer, two editors, a handful of assistants, and 3 associate photographers. (All weddings and engagement sessions that say “Shot by insert name here” had one of my associates as the primary photographer.) For those who are interested, I’m always on the lookout for good talent, so feel free to apply for positions anytime. All positions are on a freelance basis.
